I took three  pair of designer jeans in to get hemmed yesterday afternoon.  The owner and tailor, Maxi, was adorable and seemed overwhelmed with January’s business.  She told me they’d be done in 2 weeks.  Hello, I want them now!  So I asked if I could pay her more to get them earlier.  She avoided the question and the bribe and said she’d call me when they were ready.

Proven: she is adorable.  She called me today and said she had a little surprise.  My jeans were done!  I practically kissed her over the phone. With tongue.

I recommend Abby’s Alterations!  Maxi is the owner, who wears stylish designer jeans herself.
