Coffee Set Me Straight
By Susan Mercedes. Filed in Life |I was getting a cup of coffee at work and realized something crazy. It was first cup of coffee for the day. I forgot to get caffeine in my body at home while I got ready for work. Plus, while I was getting coffee at work, I had a normal conversation with another human being.
There IS reason to be alarmed. I drove 18 miles on my commute to work in traffic AND I had a 5 minute conversation with an employee AND I had been returning work calls in my office beforehand. ALL WITHOUT COFFEE!
Crazy.

After several sips of coffee (and by sips I mean cups) I realized something more important.
I need to blog more. I’ve not made it a priority. There have been things going on in my life that I don’t want to share. They are far too personal. My work life always remains a guarded part of my online life and stuff going on there has kept me quiet over the last several weeks.
So here it is…my promise to you. I will blog more regularly.
Thanks for your patience. xo
Now off the grab another cup of my thinking juice.

Don’t you ever feel tempted to create a totally anonymous blog and just write it ALL out? Or is that just me?
Cheers! (clinking mugs – of course)

Becky: If I had a anonymous work story blog it would be nuts. There are some crazy things I get to deal with at work. Thank goodness I love my career.

See, you don’t need coffee. You just think you need it.

Joseph S.: Oh, but I do need coffee. Just add it to my list of “addictions”.

Don’t like hearing Susan is sad or in angst for any reason. But do like more blogs. =)
