I had the same problem on my blog trying to take a photo of what my t-shirt said. I ended up choosing the mirrored image thing so that at least one of the photos would be right. Then someone told me that if you click on View, there's an option there to flip the images. I could even look it up right now on my own MacBook Pro's Photo Booth. But I'm lazy.
